Do you use adjustable squat racks in your gym?

Have you checked the weight limits?

Adjustable squat racks vary greatly in terms of the maximum loads they can support. A quick search online found a weight limit range from 150kg to 300kg and over.

Whilst not an issue for most clients, there are some that can start to push the safety of the equipment due to the loads they can lift. Make sure yours are strong enough!

It is also very important to communicate the weight limits to clients, or ideally ensure you purchase equipment with weight limits that will not be exceeded.
