Equipment use, programming and spacing…..
1. Were you aware there are already standards for equipment spacing in addition to any social distancing considerations?
2. Have you considered how members will gain access to training areas and how to manage 2m distancing?
3. Have you considered an additional 2m distance from training areas for walkways, coaching areas and emergency escape routes?
4. Can you programme effectively to minimise equipment required?
5. Can you utilise just one or two items and programme mostly couplets and triplets?
6. Have you completed the CrossFit online Programming and Dumbbells courses to assist you in planning effective sessions?
7. Can you minimise transitions between gym areas e.g. pull up frame by incorporating sections to workout space or using pull up alternatives?
8. Can you eliminate transitions across communal floor space?
9. How will you effectively deal with scaling/injury without increasing equipment use?
