Your website is likely to be the first point of contact with the outside world and potential clients.

Is yours compliant?

There are a number of key policies that should be present by law, including cookies, data protection and accessibility amongst others.

It is also a legal requirement (Companies Act 2006) that your company details are displayed and key information is required including registered name & number, country of registration and Registered Office address. Further information is also required.

As a CrossFit affiliate, it is a requirement of the agreement to have a link to the CrossFit Journal on the homepage (or the specific CrossFit page that is required if your gym offers more than just CrossFit), to properly attribute any information that is not original work, and make sure the “F” of CrossFit is capitalised of course!
