Are your essential training qualifications are up to date?
There are numerous online options to brush up on your First Aid, CPR and AED (although practical experience is also necessary when you can!)
There are also many Fire Marshal courses out there – it is essential to have one member of staff who is a trained fire marshal on site at all times – this may mean numerous staff have to be qualified (again practical experience will eventually also be necessary).
For those who train children it is also best practice to complete a Safeguarding course.
Other online training courses include Manual Handling, Disability Awareness, Food Hygiene, Working at Height – there are so many out there!
